For paying delegates: yes another person may attend in your place at no extra cost. Delegate changes can be made at the event itself: however, we would require written authorisation from the confirmed delegate to be shown at the registration desk. Further please note that for changes onsite (at the venue) we will charge an additional £40 administration/handling fee.
